She has completed her two Master degrees in first division and submitted her research work on ‘Privacy Regulatory Policies of IT companies’. She has a deep and detailed knowledge of her subject and has a desire to help students learn.
Dr.Renuka Jena ,an Associate Professor with 22 years of teaching experience in Degree College.Her area of interest is Indian English Literature and Existentialism. She is the IQAC coordinator and NSS Programme Officer and is actively involved in several committees of the college. She has published several research papers in various National and International journals. She has also edited ISBN research volumes of the college.
Ms Vaishali Bhatade ,an Assistant professor with 6 years of teaching experience in Degree College. Currently she is pursuing Masters in Computer Application at Delhi University. She is updated with current trends in her field of knowledge and aims at developing the students at their best.

She has worked as social media executive for Star TV’s General Entertainment Channels. Her area of interest is Social media trends and Digital Journalism.
She Works as an assistant Professor in English Department, she holds M.A. and M.Phil Degrees from the department of English University of Pune, She has cleared UGC-NET as well as SET exam. Her Specialization is comparative literature and translation studies Shakespeare studies feminism and literature and literacy theory. Her knowledge of the subject helps students in developing their communication skills and language.
